Job description
We are a company operating in the high/middle-risk segment, providing stable, flexible, and high-conversion payment solutions for online businesses worldwide. Due to scaling, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to attract new merchants in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Actively search and attract new merchants in high/middle-risk verticals. - Sell and present PSP/cascade/crypto solutions. - Manage the full deal cycle from cold contact to launch. - Analyze client business models and identify optimal payment scenarios. - Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, and conclude contracts. - Support and develop attracted merchants, optimizing their payment flows. - Monitor the international payments market and seek new opportunities. - Interact with internal teams: support, business development, accounting, etc. - Meet KPIs for connected merchants and turnover.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Manager in PSP. - Experience in client search and acquisition across various geographies. - Negotiation and deal-closing skills with merchants. - English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
