• Meet conversion and sales volume targets.
Requirements
### Requirements:
📍 Experience with leads for at least 6 months;
📍 Understanding of the FD funnel and typical lead behavior;
📍 Skill in quickly 'warming up' and confidently closing deals;
📍 Stress-resilience, attentiveness, and perseverance;
📍 Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
