Remote Sales Specialist for a clothing store, handling order processing and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming requests on social media and consult clients about availability, materials, promotions, etc.
- Manage orders in CRM.
- Monitor stock levels when needed.
- Direct requests to the warehouse for shipping and packaging, and update order statuses in CRM.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Relevant experience in support or sales is desirable.
- Open to beginners over 20 years old, eager to learn and develop quickly.
Conditions
- Salary during internship and probation (one month) is 35,000 RUB, then 50,000 RUB plus 1.5% per order, full-time rate.
