Seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead for a remote position in the Forex industry to manage and grow a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the sales team: hiring, training, goal setting, motivation, and KPI control. - Analyze department metrics, implement systemic improvements, and optimize processes. - Work with lead generation and traffic processing, ensuring quality communication with leads. - Develop and continuously improve the sales funnel, monitoring its effectiveness. - Supervise the work of managers.
Requirements
- Experience managing a sales department for at least 1 year (Forex/trading/investment niche is a plus). - Experience with cold traffic. - Deep understanding of all sales processes. - Experience in a team with a revenue of at least 10 million per month. - English proficiency at C1 level or higher. - Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and ability to motivate people. - Understanding of key Forex market concepts and trading basics. - Willingness to work at a fast pace, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.
