## The opportunity - Support and grow client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for OTC spot trading - Drive trading flow by sourcing, quoting, and executing client trades - Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle (pricing, execution, hedging, settlement, reconciliation) - Identify and act on trading opportunities within defined risk parameters - Support onboarding and activation of new counterparties - Partner with internal teams (trading, operations, settlement, finance) to ensure seamless execution and client experience - Assist across adjacent desks (borrowing/lending, derivatives) to broaden product exposure - Stay close to market dynamics and educate clients on opportunities across crypto spot markets

## Skills you should HODL - 1–3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within financial services or crypto - Strong understanding of spot markets, trade execution, and trading workflows (front-to-back) - Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, ideally with institutional or HNW clients - Commercial mindset with an interest in driving trading activity and revenue - Strong interest in crypto markets and a desire to stay close to market trends and new products - Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment - Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field - This is a remote position based in the EMEA region. You must be willing to work EMEA hours and weekends as needed.
