Foxford is looking for a Sales Trainer to conduct training sessions and support new hires in the sales department.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Conduct group training sessions 1-2 times a month with post-training follow-up;
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metric growth analysis;
- Assist in onboarding new hires: role-play and conduct first sales;
- Help in developing Individual Development Plans (IDP);
- Implement new scripts/offers/life hacks in teams.
Requirements
