Job description
We are looking for a strong Script Manager who can write sales scripts that clients can't refuse. The ideal candidate builds communication systems and monitors every funnel closely.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Writing and continuously improving sales scripts;
- Developing scripts for different stages of the funnel: first contact, warming up, closing, handling objections, reactivation;
- Creating and formatting proofs (screenshots of approvals, reviews, success stories) to look as convincing as possible;
- A/B testing scripts — measuring conversion, identifying the best combinations;
- Monitoring funnel metrics: conversion at each stage, response time, % closing, reasons for refusals;
- Preparing weekly reports on the effectiveness of scripts and funnels;
- Quickly adapting scripts to new geos, products, and seasonal changes;
- Finding and implementing growth points for conversion at each stage of the funnel.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience writing sales scripts in the field of loans/investments/promotions (LATAM geo is a must);
- Understanding of sales psychology and ability to work with objections at the text level;
- Experience in formatting proofs and sales materials for messengers (Telegram);
- Skill in funnel analysis: ability to read metrics and find weak spots;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Ability to work with data: conversions, average check, LTV, reasons for drop-offs;
- High level of discipline — daily monitoring and operational adjustments;
- Initiative and independence — does not wait for tasks but sees problems and solves them;
- Cases with results (conversion growth in numbers, examples of scripts).
