Requirements
- Experience with delivery metrics: Velocity, Cycle time, Lead time, Sprint predictability, Throughput.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack or other communication tools.
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Experience with product development teams and multiple products.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
- Good communication skills.
- English level B1.
- Experience in fintech/payments is a plus.
