Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events like daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support 1-3 teams as Scrum Master.
- Coach the team on Scrum principles and practices.
- Establish Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile values.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Maintain project documentation and provide status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience.
- 8+ years managing technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Airtable.
