T-Bank is looking for a Senior Security Platform Architect to design and implement secure, scalable distributed systems.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive security architecture for the development platform, covering supply chain security, artifact repository protection (Artifactory, SLSA, in-toto), CI/CD pipeline security, and the implementation of gate solutions (GitLab).
- Define the information security strategy and roadmap focusing on scalability, compliance, and operational viability.
- Conduct Security Design reviews at all stages of development, including threat modeling, architectural analysis, implementation of Secure by Design principles, and gradual integration into the development process.
- Be responsible for technical decisions when selecting tools and patterns, including risk assessment, compatibility, and long-term consequences.
- Mentor engineers and elevate the security engineering culture.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing high-load, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems, knowledge of relevant architectural patterns and reliability assurance methods.
- Experience in integrating and managing SAST, SCA, IaC Scanning solutions, and automating the vulnerability lifecycle.
- Deep understanding and application of Secure by Design principles in development processes, threat models, and Zero Trust principles.
- Understanding modern approaches to identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating vulnerabilities.
- Ability to argue solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and foster a security culture.
- Experience conducting infrastructure and application pentests and security analysis, participation in open-source or research projects in the field of information security, publications, and presentations at relevant conferences is a plus.
