Responsibilities
- Own a book of high-priority institutional client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing account management.
- Drive client adoption and trading volume growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex client needs.
- Lead product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs with clients.
- Execute disciplined pipeline and account management in CRM.
- Shape Coinbase's institutional product roadmap by distilling client feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years managing institutional client relationships in financial services, cryptocurrency exchanges, or fintech.
- Track record of driving measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, or revenue.
- Direct experience managing full client lifecycles for institutional products.
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) in addition to English.
Conditions
- Target annual base salary range: $90K-$150K.
