Senior Activations Manager

- Identify and prioritize high-conversion activation zones. - Design and execute scalable activation playbooks. - Plan and deploy field teams to maximize conversion. - Track key metrics and optimize deployment strategy. - Manage activation agencies and vendors. - Collaborate with Product, CRM, Community, and Marketing teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to ground activation. - Proven experience managing large-scale deployments. - Understanding of conversion funnels and performance optimization. - Experience managing vendors/agencies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Preferably experience in fintech, telco, e-wallet, or crypto. - Familiarity with referral systems and growth loops. - Strong analytical skills.
