Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team remotely from Europe, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, or Kazakhstan. - Work with CPA networks and affiliate marketing. - Engage with webmasters and manage traffic sources. - Focus on Gambling and Dating verticals. - Monitor and prevent fraud. - Participate in conferences and networking.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will: - Attract new webmasters. - Develop and retain current partners. - Manage offers and traffic sources in Gambling/Dating. - Negotiate terms and conditions. - Control traffic quality and key metrics. - Participate in conferences and networking. - Achieve revenue targets.

To succeed in this role, you should have: - 2+ years in CPA networks/affiliate marketing. - Active base of webmasters. - Experience with trackers: HasOffers, Cake, Everflow, Binom. - Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL models. - Experience in Gambling and/or Dating. - Fraud monitoring skills. - Experience with various geos and traffic sources. - Strong negotiation skills. - English B2+ level.
