Requirements
▪️5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, busdev, or partner management in crypto, trading, or fintech
▫️Strong network of affiliates, KOLs, and partners across CIS, LATAM, Europe
▫️Understanding of affiliate traffic tools, paid channels, and growth funnels
▫️Confident negotiator and communicator with a track record of closing deals
▫️Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus
