Seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager with experience in betting and affiliate marketing to manage and scale partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Search and connect with webmasters working with Tier1–Tier3 traffic.
- Develop and scale existing partners.
- Daily communication with webmasters to identify growth points.
- Select and offer relevant offers.
- Analyze reconciliations, control KPIs, and provide reporting.
- Attend industry conferences and meetups.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate/CPA.
- 2 years of experience in betting, preferably in affiliate networks.
- Understanding of CPA model, tracking, postbacks, and key metrics.
- English at a working level.
- Preferably located outside Russia.
