Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in backend development — at least 5 years;
- Experience with AI agents for at least 6 months — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar (including personal projects);
- Architectural and product thinking — system design, understanding of business context;
- Strong engineering education;
- Experience in fullstack development;
- Experience in designing client-server platforms;
- Understanding of LLM: capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering.
