Senior AI / Tokenomics Analyst

We are a team with over 7 years of experience in developing economic models for startups and Web3 projects worldwide. We create tokenomics that help attract investments, maintain token value, and build sustainable economies.

• Deploy self-hosted AI systems and AI agents • Build pipelines: — analytics and audits — tokenomics and economic modeling — research and insights • Automate generation and validation of insights • Validate AI results and adjust models • Develop and scale the system • Communicate with clients (in English): present results, defend conclusions, participate in preSale

• Practical experience in tokenomics development with proven results (cases, models, portfolio, participation in launches) • Experience: 3+ years in analytics/finance • Practical experience in building AI workflows/AI automation • Experience with AI agents, orchestration, or research automation • Understanding of: token utility, incentive design, supply/demand dynamics, typical tokenomics issues (inflation, price pressure, etc.) • English B2+ (mandatory)
