We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with expertise in SQL, Dbt, Python, and AWS to join our remote team.

- Expert SQL: ability to deconstruct large, complex queries into clean, modular logic.
- Dbt: Proven experience in creating and structuring projects (Staging→Intermediate→Marts).
- Python and Spark: ability to debug PySpark and optimize Spark jobs (Databricks / AWS Glue).
- AWS: Practical interaction with S3, Athena, IAM.
- CI/CD: experience in setting up automated testing on commit.
- Refactoring inefficient legacy SQL for performance and readability improvements.
- Fixing and enhancing error handling in AWS Glue / PySpark pipelines.
- Establishing engineering standards (PR templates, SQL linting rules).
- Promoting best practices within the team.
- Mentoring engineers and raising the bar during code reviews.
