We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong skills in Node.js and TypeScript to join our remote team. You will work on high-load services and have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role.

- 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
- Fastify.
- Confident in SQL and TypeORM.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ and BullMQ.
- Distributed systems, fault-tolerant architecture, idempotency, and data consistency, DDD.
- Experience with high-load services is a big plus.
- Initiative.
- Experience in technical leadership.
- Willingness to grow into a Team Lead role.
- Ability to use AI agents and neural networks to enhance work efficiency (not to write services on neural networks, but to automate work).
