We are looking for a Senior Backend .NET Developer with over 6 years of commercial experience in backend development, deep knowledge of .NET technologies, and experience with microservices architecture.
Requirements

- Commercial experience in backend development on .NET for at least 6 years.
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP .NET Core.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Confident experience in designing and supporting REST API / gRPC.
- Good knowledge of EF Core and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with message brokers (preferably Kafka).
- Understanding of distributed systems and reliability patterns: retry, timeout, eventual consistency, outbox/inbox.
- Experience in performance analysis and bottleneck identification.
- Understanding of clean architecture, code quality, and engineering trade-offs.
- Bonus: Experience with high-load systems.
- Experience in payment, transactional, or financially sensitive products.
- Practical experience with CQRS / read-model.
- Mentoring the team or technical leadership.
