## What You'll Be Doing - **Expert Knowledge:** Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions. - **Affiliate Recruitment:** Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. - **Results-Driven Approach:** Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels. - **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth. - **Partnership Expansion:** Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally. - **Collaboration with Marketing and Product Team:** Collaborate closely with colleagues from the local market team and product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users. - **Competitor Analysis:** Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.

## What We Look For In You - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience) - Fully bilingual in Spanish and English - Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in LATAM - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities - Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets - In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in LATAM
