Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation policies and processes
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis of rewards
- Formulate salary recommendations based on data and internal equity
- Maintain salary structures, pay bands, and incentive plans
- Participate in compensation review and STI processes
- Ensure compliance of reward programs with local requirements and internal standards
- Conduct cost modeling and scenario analysis
- Promote pay transparency and analyze pay equity
- Create compensation & benefits dashboards for management
- Manage global grading projects and job architecture framework
- Conduct job evaluation and maintain unified grading standards
- Advise managers on compensation and rewards
- Interact with vendors and external partners on C&B matters
Requirements
- Higher education in HR, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or analytical HR/Finance roles
- Experience with grading structures and job architecture frameworks
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive plans
- Experience building processes and policies from scratch
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Experience with HiBob is a plus
