- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in international companies. - Expertise in benefits administration and compliance. - Experience launching benefits in new countries and working with vendors. - Analytical skills, benchmarking, and strategy development. - Strong project management skills. - Attention to detail and experience in a global environment.
