Job description
Plata is an international fintech company developing modern financial products and scaling a global team.
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits programs for employees in HQ locations;
- Coordinate work with providers, contractors, and insurance companies;
- Launch and improve benefits, insurance, language learning, and wellbeing initiatives;
- Automate and optimize Compensation & Benefits processes;
- Participate in budgeting and cost control for benefits;
- Develop policies, instructions, and internal knowledge base;
- Interact with Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Operations, or HR Operations;
- Experience managing benefits programs in an international environment;
- Experience interacting with external service providers;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build processes;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Experience in process automation and improvement is a plus;
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- English from B2;
- Proficiency in Russian.
