Job description
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with at least 2 years of experience in iGaming, focusing on retention and LTV. The role is remote and involves hands-on work with CRM systems.
Requirements
• Experience with CRM in iGaming for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of unit economics and bonus cost.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Customer.io / FastTrack / analogs).
• Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and bring them to fruition.
• Experience with multi-geo is a plus.
• Understanding of deliverability/integrations.
• Use of AI in processes.
• Segmentation and building lifecycle communication.
• Trigger chains (email/push/sms/TG).
• Development and optimization of bonus mechanics.
• A/B testing and scaling hypotheses.
