### Your Responsibilities: - Strategy and content - multichannel from onboarding to VIP (Email, Push, TG), independently writing promotional texts in English. - Infrastructure - full setup and management of all CRM flows in Smartico. - Analytics - LTV, ARPU, cohorts, and setting up automated reports in BI. - Bonus economy - development and calculation of mechanics (free spins, cashback, missions). - Direct influence on the product - achieving the Retention benchmark.
