Requirements
### Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics: product/marketing analyst, financial analyst, BI analyst, or business analyst.
- Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (models, scenarios, pivot tables, visualization), experience with BI tools.
- Experience in building and analyzing funnels, MAU/retention, CAC/CPA, LTV, and unit economics.
- Understanding of P&L, margin, financial metrics (gross/operating margin, EBITDA) and the impact of marketing and product decisions on these indicators.
- Experience with African markets (South Africa/Nigeria/Kenya, etc.) or in international structures is a plus.
- Strong business thinking: focus not on the report, but on what to do to grow MAU and margin.
- Excellent communication: ability to explain complex numbers simply, defend positions based on data, write concise and clear summaries for management.
- Proactivity, independence, ability to work in uncertainty and switch between regional tasks.
