Senior Data Analyst

• Interact with business users to gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for analytical solutions in the banking domain. • Analyze data quality, establish quality criteria, and prepare test cases. • Search and analyze data in source systems, develop mappings and architecture for analytical solutions (ETL, DWH layers). • Prepare and agree on technical specifications for analytical solutions development. • Develop data marts and optimize their performance as needed. • Collaborate with Data Engineers on the implementation of data marts and scheduling loads. • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Conduct internal and user testing of analytical solutions. • Support and enhance implemented reports and dashboards. • Participate in meetings and team processes following Agile methodology (Scrum).

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, data warehouse construction, and using BI tools. • Experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements. • Ability to translate business tasks into technical specifications and report logic. • Strong communication skills with clients: interviews, workshops, presentations, enhancing client ideas. • Experience in preparing test cases and improving data quality. • Understanding how analytics impacts processes and decision-making, and the business value it brings. • Proficient SQL skills: complex queries, window functions, optimization. • Experience in data modeling; knowledge of Data Vault 2.0. • Skills in working with data marts and building warehouse layers. • Experience in researching source systems, writing mappings for loading data from source systems into the warehouse. • Experience with Power BI: complex interactive dashboards, related visualizations, flexible role models, performance optimization.
