Seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in customer analytics and data insights to enhance customer retention strategies.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Forecasting customer churn (who, when, and why will leave). - Determining organic return vs. communication necessity. - Developing and testing churn risk metrics. - Building segmentations and behavioral patterns (DAC). - Generating insights for retention and reactivation. - Supporting and developing ML models in collaboration with Data Science.
Requirements
### Requirements - 3+ years of experience in data analytics. - Experience in customer analytics: RFM, cohort analysis, LTV, uplift assessment. - Higher education.
