Senior Data Engineer

- Develop logical and physical structure of the data warehouse (DWH/Lakehouse), choosing storage strategies and data formats for scalability. - Create reliable pipelines for data collection from various sources (API, databases, message brokers, logs) and ensure uninterrupted delivery. - Implement ELT processes using transformation tools (e.g., dbt), ensuring data cleanliness and consistency at all stages. - Develop high-performance data marts optimized for business analytics and BI tools. - Establish development standards, document architecture, and make decisions on the evolution of the data processing stack.

- 3-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer. - Expert level in SQL, capable of working with complex structures (JSONB, arrays), analyzing query execution plans (EXPLAIN), and refactoring code. - Proficient in Python with skills in writing ETL scripts, working with libraries for database interaction, and understanding how to write maintainable code. - Experience with Apache Airflow, able to design pipelines, configure retries, and monitor task execution. - Understanding of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse specifics, knowing how to efficiently transfer data between row and column databases considering their features.
