Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop ML models for ad bidding.
- Create models for smart budget allocation to maximize target actions and/or maintain average cost per target action.
- Apply ML for end-to-end ranking.
- Use ML methods for joint ranking of ads and organic results.
- Design complex AB experiments.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to design and analyze experiments on both user and advertiser sides.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Strong knowledge of classical ML and statistics, with data analysis skills.
- Experience in industrial application of models (from idea to launch).
- Proficient in Python and SQL, familiar with algorithms and data structures.
- Understanding that Data Science is not only about model training.
