These insights are crucial for guiding our product development and business strategy. As a Senior Data Scientist joining Luno, you would be part of the Data Science team providing high quality insights and data tools to teams across the company. Our current technology stack includes Databricks and Looker.

## Your mission will be: - Design and build pricing models and evaluation frameworks to guide and optimise pricing strategies - Develop causal models using experiments and observational data to isolate and measure the impact of fee changes - Initiate, design, and maintain high-quality data pipelines and models with strong attention to detail - Synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to senior leadership

## The ideal Lunaut will have: - Bachelor's degree or higher in the natural sciences or technical fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics - Exploratory data analysis, predictive analytics, and/or optimisation skills using Python or other data science-oriented platforms - Advanced SQL skills - 5 years + experience in pricing experimentation, data analysis and statistical modelling - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data and analysis to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to work independently, as well as within and across teams - Ability to successfully complete projects with large and/or incomplete data sets - Enthusiasm to work in the crypto industry ## What will really get you noticed: - 5 years' + experience working in a similar role - Proven track record of analysing customer behaviour and translating insights into revenue growth - Experience working with business intelligence platform such as Tableau, Cognos, QlikView, or Looker - Solid knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques - Experience with productionising ML applications using a formalised ML Operations architecture - Experience or interest working in crypto or fintech industries
