Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for automating development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage CI/CD processes.
- Monitor and ensure the operability of company services.
- Optimize existing processes, tools, and systems for team efficiency.
- Work with cloud services, virtualization, and containerization.
- Participate in designing and implementing new technologies and architectural solutions.
- Create technical documentation, instructions, and guides for developers and team members.
- Manage incidents, including problem identification, analysis, resolution, and documentation.
- Plan and conduct regular backups and data recovery as needed.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes: production operation (HA), troubleshooting (network, DNS, storage, OOM, performance), understanding of internal components (control plane, scheduler, CNI).
- Experience with Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD): development and support of Helm charts, release management through GitOps.
- Advanced experience with GitLab CI: complex multi-stage / multi-repo pipelines, active use of include / extends / templates, optimization and acceleration of pipelines.
- Practical experience with HashiCorp Vault: policies, dynamic secrets integration with Kubernetes (CSI / operators).
- Experience building observability in production: Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics (including tuning and optimization), Grafana (dashboards, alerts), Loki / ELK (centralized log collection and processing).
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible (production usage, modular approach).
- Confident understanding of networks: L4/L7, ingress/egress TLS / mTLS, diagnosing network issues in Kubernetes.
