Senior DevOps Engineer

Avito is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage Linux servers, automate processes, and collaborate with technical teams in a remote setting.

### Responsibilities - Operation of various servers in a Linux environment (deploy, troubleshooting, automation); - Operation of various services under Linux: Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server, nginx, apache, php-fpm; - Working with infrastructure in the Infrastructure as Code paradigm; - Investigating performance issues related to hardware and OS; - Incident management of infrastructure operations; - Collaboration with technical teams (network engineers, DevOps, etc.); - Backup, implementation of fault tolerance, DRP; - Monitoring the operation and availability of services.

### Requirements - Experience in administering GNU/Linux Debian-based; - Experience with Kubernetes (working with helm charts, components, abstractions for deployment); - Experience with CI/CD (writing pipelines in Gitlab); - Some experience in administering databases PostgreSQL, MySQL; - Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt); - Understanding of how load balancers and web servers (Apache, nginx, HAProxy) work; - Basic understanding of networks and networking technologies; - Knowledge of how to build high-performance and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions and their components; - Knowledge of basic backup systems; - Experience with monitoring: Zabbix, Graphite, ELK, Grafana, building performance graphs, setting up alerting; - Higher technical education in IT is desirable.
