- Build and lead a dedicated team of Security Engineers. - Define the security strategy and encourage a culture of security across the company. - Ensure security is embedded in every layer of the technology stack. - Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the Security Engineering team. - Serve as a security domain expert and communicate security risks to senior leadership. - Implement and enforce agentic SDLC guardrails and testing gates. - Lead security architecture reviews for new products and major engineering initiatives. - Own the vulnerability management program and coordinate penetration testing. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership on security priorities.

- 15+ years of experience in security engineering. - 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech. - Hands-on expertise in AI security and understanding of risks from LLMs and AI workflows. - Expert-level knowledge of security architecture in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices. - Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC). - Demonstrated expertise in IT security, including endpoint protection and IAM. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Proven experience leading and building high-performing security teams.
