Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the company's EVP in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams.
- Create a content plan for the career website, social media, internal communications, and employer review platforms.
- Launch employer branding campaigns for key and hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Manage the company's content and positioning on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
- Create employee stories, interviews, articles, video content, and other materials.
- Develop brand ambassador programs among employees.
- Analyze HR brand metrics, audience engagement, and the quality of candidate attraction channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Content Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience in developing and implementing EVP and content strategy.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and digital content creation skills.
- Experience with Glassdoor, DOU, LinkedIn, and other employer branding platforms.
- Analytical approach and ability to work with metrics.
- English at C1 level.
- Russian or Ukrainian at native level.
- Experience in iGaming is a mandatory advantage.
