Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for internal offsites, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support execution of external events including conferences and partner activations.
- Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Build and manage timelines and event logistics.
- Oversee attendee communications and guest experience.
- Track budgets and post-event reconciliation.
- Support speaker logistics and sponsorship deliverables.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in event production or operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex event logistics independently.
- Strong experience in venue sourcing and vendor negotiation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite event execution.
