World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. Our products, including the Orb, World ID, and World App, enable verification of real people while preserving privacy. We are a fast-growing network with over 17 million verified users across 160 countries. Our team includes experts from leading tech companies and is backed by prominent investors.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and inboxes for the Chief Market Operations Officer and leadership team.
- Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense reporting.
- Plan and execute team meetings and events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of EA experience at the senior level, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- University degree; analytical background is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills; German or other languages are a plus.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and travel/expense platforms.
- Based in Munich and present in the office.
