Senior Field Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets - Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority accounts, target segments, and strategic marketing opportunities - Plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs including executive roundtables, customer events, industry conferences, and targeted campaigns - Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support regional business goals - Manage and measure marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate deals, and support revenue growth - Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with financial institutions, crypto companies, and other private sector organizations across North America - Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies and messaging - Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and KPIs to refine and optimize regional marketing program

- 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles - Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals - Strong experience running regional marketing programs including events, executive roundtables, and integrated campaigns - Experience marketing to financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency companies - Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders - Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing programs based on KPIs - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment - Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for regional events, customer meetings, and internal programs
