- Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx, ensuring precision and on-time delivery across all planning cycles. - Build and maintain driver-based financial models that quantify risks, opportunities, and scenario outcomes for Consumer leadership. - Drive monthly variance analysis and month-end close for your areas, partnering with Accounting to maintain data integrity across all financial reporting. - Partner with Consumer Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional leads to translate financial insights into actionable resource allocation recommendations. - Lead the preparation and presentation of financial analyses during business reviews, converting complex data into clear strategic recommendations. - Execute proactive deep-dive analyses to surface trends, anomalies, and efficiency opportunities across Consumer operational spend.

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with direct ownership of OpEx planning (headcount, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories). - Track record managing operating large expense budgets, delivering forecasts, and producing variance analysis that informed executive decisions. - Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses in Excel, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and at least one planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite). - History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Design teams to align financial plans with business priorities and influence resource allocation. - Experience in a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services environment with comfort operating across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

- Base salary varies by location (see range below).
