Senior FP&A Controller (Maternity Cover)

### Responsibilities - Partnering with business leaders to understand their financial needs and challenges - Managing the Oracle PR process, including monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests - Collaborating closely with multiple teams in the headquarters in Israel, including FP&A, Accounting and Bookkeeping departments - Preparing and analyzing forecasts monthly - Executing month close processes, including preparing accrual run, reconciliations and analysis of Budget vs Actual performance - Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management - Contributing to the timely, complete, accurate and consistent preparation of monthly ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders - Contributing to optimization of the existing FP&A processes - Participating in the annual budgeting process

### Requirements - Educational and professional background as a Financial Analyst - Professional experience working in the finance team of a global company - Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including Google spreadsheets and slides - Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present ideas to different departments - Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment - Understanding of the high level of accuracy needed for the role, and executing with exceptional attention to detail - Highly motivated and proactive individual, showing initiative to improve processes - Strong verbal and written English skills - Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Knowledge of EPM Oracle is an advantage
