- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior role.
- Proficient in React and TypeScript: understanding data flows, state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.), knowledge of performance degradation causes.
- Experience with large, complex SPAs: multiple dependencies, roles, and scenarios.
- Practical experience with micro-frontends: ability to split systems without losing UX quality and managing dependencies.
- Experience applying FSD or another mature modular architecture.
- Mandatory experience in refactoring complex interfaces and code, simplifying and speeding up development.
- Ability to simplify complex systems: turning overloaded processes and requirements into clear user scenarios.
- Critical thinking: ability to analyze a task and propose a simpler, more logical implementation if the original task is overloaded.
- Experience managing technical debt: ability to argue the necessity of refactoring to the business and plan it.
