Job description
WeFix ERP is a unified digital ecosystem for the service business of large household appliance repair. We create a centralized ERP platform that integrates all business processes of WeFix Appliance into one system and one database.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop functionality for the ERP system (React + NestJS + Prisma ORM);
- Work with REST API and WebSocket (telephony, CRM, tickets, tasks);
- Support integrations through external services (Stripe payments, AI modules);
- Design and develop solution architecture and participate in key technical decisions;
- Design efficient database structures and improve system performance;
- Optimize CI/CD and infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS);
- Ensure mandatory development process through Pull Request (no direct commits to main);
- Conduct code reviews of all changes (frontend and backend);
- Check architectural integrity, compliance with SOLID / Clean Architecture;
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior/middle developers;
- Control CI pipeline passage before merge;
- Participate in the release process and ensure the correctness of deployment to staging/production;
- Be responsible for the technical quality of the product and stability of releases.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development (full-stack or backend-oriented);
- Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma;
- Experience in building high-load ERP/CRM/SaaS projects;
- Deep understanding of REST and reactive services (WebSocket);
- Ability to read and work with technical API documentation;
- Understanding of SOLID, Clean Architecture, CQRS, DRY, KISS;
- Confident skills in Git, CI/CD, Docker.
