- Experience in developing games in the genres of Metroidvania, Action, Slasher, Platformer, Fighting, Beat'em Up, and related.
- T-shaped specialist: strong focus but capable in other areas of game design at a high level.
- Dislike routine and actively use AI as a daily tool to radically increase work speed and free up resources for quality.
- Experience working in Unity.
- Passion for Metroidvanias and action-platformers (e.g., Dead Cells, Hollow Knight, Blasphemous, etc.).

- Released one or more projects in the Action-RPG or Metroidvania genre as a Senior/Lead designer.
