- Deep understanding of relational and graph databases.
- Strong knowledge and experience in industrial back-end development in Go for 5+ years.
- Ability to compose and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Linux at the administration level.
- Experience in releasing projects to production.
- Experience with ELK stack.
- Experience with OpenAPI/swagger.
- Good understanding of parallel computing implementation in Go, limitations, performance constraints imposed by runtime and compiler in Go.
- Experience with virtualization based on qemu/KVM, libvirt.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in Agile teams - Scrum, sprints, daily stand-ups.
- Experience leading a development team of 3+ people.
- Experience working in a remote team.
- English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, JMS).
- Experience with monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, pgWatch.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with k8s, docker.
