Senior Graphic / Communication Designer

We are looking for a senior graphic/communication designer with a strong visual level and over 6 years of experience to develop the visual communication of a cryptocurrency bank at a systemic level. This role involves creating a cohesive visual brand presentation across all touchpoints.

- Develop and enhance the brand's visual language across all communication channels - Create communication concepts for digital, marketing, partner, and event directions - Design key visuals, advertising creatives, banner systems, special projects, promo pages, and landing pages - Prepare high-level presentations for clients, partners, investors, and internal teams - Develop materials for offline communication: exhibitions, conferences, stands, brochures, business cards, merchandise, POSM, and navigation - Package complex fintech and cryptocurrency topics into clear and convincing visual forms - Ensure consistency in visual communication between marketing, product, B2B, and external communications - Participate in art direction and set high standards for visual materials - Collaborate with marketing, product, business teams, and contractors - Control quality implementation, prepare layouts for production, and finalize presentation

- Over 6 years of experience in graphic/communication design - Strong portfolio with high visual level works - Confident experience in digital communication, brand materials, and offline media - Excellent command of composition, typography, grid, rhythm, and visual hierarchy - Ability to create a modern, clean, technological, and premium visual language - Experience in systematic work with brand visual communication - Ability to independently propose visual approaches and enhance solution quality - Ability to argue design decisions and present them to the team and stakeholders - High visual literacy, attention to detail, and strong sense of visual quality
