Responsibilities
- Be the key business partner to our sales and marketing leaders, as well as all non-tech department heads.
- Deliver key hires, managing senior IC and leadership hires.
- Up level our capability and assessment using tooling and technology.
- Use data to drive better outcomes from pipeline data to market intelligence.
Requirements
- Strong track record of delivering senior revenue and go-to-market hires in a fast-paced fintech, Web3 or crypto organisation.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on recruiting.
- Experience advising C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience developing other recruiters.
