- Implement key HR processes such as performance management and talent management.
- Support talent development strategies, including succession planning and DEI.
- Advise business leaders on organizational structure and people management.
- Participate in building effective and scalable organizational structures.
- Work with HR data and analytics for decision-making.
- Support and develop key HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Higher education or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Power BI and HR analytics is a plus.
