- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner - Experience in international and fast-growing companies - Strong business acumen and understanding of HR's impact on business outcomes - Experience with people analytics and HR metrics - Knowledge of compensation, performance management, and leadership development - Understanding of labor legislation and HR practices - High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills - Experience interacting with leaders at various levels - High level of English proficiency
