Responsibilities
- Partner with the business and HR leaders to implement the People strategy
- Lead strategic HR initiatives and transformations within the People Department
- Develop talent strategy in collaboration with executive management
- Work with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and Talent Management teams
- Manage organizational design and development (org design, org health)
- Identify and close competency gaps in teams
- Develop succession planning for key roles
- Coach top management on change management and communications
- Formulate and implement long-term HR strategy
- Drive changes and development of company culture
Requirements
- Experience managing large HR programs and transformations in tech companies
- Strong expertise in org design, change management, and talent management
- Strategic thinking and ability to deliver results
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven approach and ability to work with complex data
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
- Fluent English
